Recurring CSV imports

Recurring imports are designed for ongoing, automated data synchronization between your systems and Endear. They require setting up a CSV integration in Endear before you can begin importing data.

When to use recurring imports

• POS / ecommerce sync — automatically push new customers, purchases, and product catalog updates from your point-of-sale or ecommerce platform into Endear
• ERP / CRM feeds — maintain a continuous data pipeline from your existing systems so Endear always has the latest information
• Transaction data — keep purchase history, refunds, and line items flowing into Endear as they occur

Supported data types

Recurring imports support the following data types:

1. Customers — customer profiles with contact info, addresses, marketing consent, and tags
2. Staff members — team members within your organization
3. Locations — physical and digital store locations
4. Products — your product catalog
5. Product variants — variants with pricing, options, and inventory details
6. Purchases — orders and transactions
7. Purchase line items — individual items within each purchase
8. Refunds — refund records tied back to purchases
