Introduction

Endear supports two types of CSV imports:

• One-time imports — for data migration and one-off uploads. No integration setup required.
• Recurring imports — for ongoing data synchronization between systems. Requires setting up a CSV integration in Endear.

One-time imports

Best for getting data into Endear quickly, without setting up a persistent connection.

1. Migrating data from another clienteling or CRM system
2. Importing data that lives outside of any product or platform (e.g. spreadsheets, manual records)
3. Small files and one-off uploads

Recurring imports

Best for keeping Endear in sync with your existing systems on an ongoing basis.

1. Syncing data from a POS, CRM, ERP, or ecommerce platform on a regular schedule
2. Maintaining a continuous data feed between systems
3. Importing product catalogs, transactions, and other purchase-related data
